Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a supportive place to explore what feels heavy, confusing, or unfamiliar in your inner world. This may include feeling overwhelmed by emotions, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, navigating identity or life transitions, or noticing a growing sense of disconnection from yourself or others.
My work is grounded in curiosity and compassion, with attention to emotional awareness, regulation, and the inner parts that hold stress, worry, or old habits. Sessions move at a pace that feels comfortable and collaborative, creating space to better understand your experiences and build a steadier, more connected relationship with yourself.

Relationship & Couples Therapy
Relationship therapy supports partners in making sense of emotional patterns, communication challenges, and moments of disconnection that can arise over time. This work may involve exploring how each person experiences closeness, conflict, and repair, and learning new ways to feel heard, understood, and supported within the relationship.
Sessions draw from emotion-focused and relationship-centered perspectives to help partners slow down, notice what’s happening beneath the surface, and rebuild trust and connection. The focus is not on blame, but on understanding how patterns form and how they can shift together.
Group Support for Caregivers(In Collaboration with Taylor Ashley Therapy - Coming Soon)
These group therapy sessions are offered in collaboration with Taylor Ashley Therapy to support caregivers of children with complex needs. The groups are ongoing and consistent, providing a safe and welcoming space for caregivers to build connection, trust, and community over time.
The intention of these sessions is to offer a supportive, relational space where caregivers can share their experiences, connect with others who understand, and feel heard and supported.

Our Mission

The Sage Space is committed to supporting individuals, couples, and families who are seeking understanding, steadiness, and support during challenging or uncertain times. I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling heard, respected, and met with care, especially when life feels overwhelming, unfamiliar, or difficult to navigate alone. My intention is to offer a calm and supportive space where people can slow down, explore their experiences with curiosity, and make sense of what they have been carrying. Through thoughtful, relational care, we aim to help individuals and families build greater clarity, connection, and resilience at a pace that feels right for them.
